IN STOCK ITEMS

In Stock items are ready for immediate dispatch and will be sent usually within 3 working days of your order unless you have purchased them alongside custom items in which case it will all be dispatched together when your custom items are ready.

If you wish to receive in stock items quicker when purchasing custom items, please make it a separate purchase.

CUSTOM ITEMS

Custom items will be made to order based on your choices of size, fabric and other details relating to the specific design. These items may take significantly longer to dispatch to you. Average turnaround times can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks but may vary at different times of the year based on how busy it is. For current turnaround times, please see the websites header banner.

Please note that if you are buying a mixture of stock items and custom items, the stock items may be dispatched when your custom item(s) are ready so if you would prefer to have stock items sent immediately, please order the custom item(s) in a separate order.

POSTAGE/SHIPPING

UK postage rates:

Small parcels/large letter size (weighing 100g or less) will be £1.95

Medium parcels/large letter size (weighing up to 750g) will be £2.95

Large Parcels (weighing up to 1kg) will be £3.95

Large parcels (weighing up to 2kg) will be £4.95

Free UK Postage when spending over £50.00
