About Pandemonium Emporium

I started designing and making alternative clothes back in sixth form college, doing my first alternative collection for the college fashion show - a collection based on light vs dark and the power of the 'female of the species'.

Fast forward a few years, and I had sold a few bits of my fashion show collection on eBay, so I became self-employed in July 2001. The Altern8-Ego label was born in 2002. 

20+ years later, having stopped and started multiple brands and a bit of a hiatus whilst having the kids, I've now decided to turn my business into an online Emporium of alt fashion, accessories, jewellery and homewares, featuring some of my own in-house brands including Altern8-Ego (aka A8E), Chimaera Couture and the brand new Pandemonium Apparel. I'll also be offering items that I've sourced. 

A8E - Kids and Adults apparel in a range of custom and exclusive prints - I no longer make under this label, so all A8E items are what we have left in stock.

Chimaera Couture - Adult festival and dance/active apparel

Pandemonium Apparel - All custom clothing is now made under this label with subcollections of gothic, emo, geeky, quirky and horror-inspired designs.
